Nikki joined the Ground Studio team in 2026. Growing up in Arizona, she developed a deep appreciation for the desert landscape and the enduring qualities of the environments that shaped her upbringing. Inspired by a lifelong connection to the outdoors, Nikki was drawn to landscape architecture as a discipline that blends creativity, ecology, and the experience of place. Her work is informed by an interest in ecological restoration and a belief that the most compelling landscapes emerge through a thoughtful balance between natural systems and design intervention.
Nikki earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Arizona State University, with a minor in Business. During her time at ASU, she developed a strong foundation in design and a lasting appreciation for landscapes that are both functional and evocative. Outside of the studio, she enjoys hiking, sketching, and watercoloring the environments that continue to inform her perspective as a designer.
