Kinga joined Ground Studio in the spring of 2026 as the studio’s first People & Culture Manager. In this role, she serves as the functional lead for people operations and culture, leveraging over 15 years of experience in senior Human Resources execution and strategic leadership.
Before joining Ground Studio, she led HR initiatives at high-tech companies including Pensando, AMD, Roku, and Coursera. Her background includes designing talent strategies, building people systems, and scaling teams within fast-paced environments. She is passionate about a people-first approach that aligns company growth with employee development and building inclusive cultures. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University and a Master of Science from Cornell University.
